BOXTEL - De Brabander gaat het voelen in zijn portemonnee, maar toch kent waterschap De Dommel weinig twijfel: klimaatverandering en Europese waterregels dwingen tot extra investeringen. De Dommel wil de komende jaren twaalf miljoen euro extra investeren.
