HELMOND - De politie schreef in Helmond in een maand tijd voor bijna 56.000 euro aan boetes uit voor telefoongebruik in het verkeer. Zodra je rijdt, al rij je met een slakkengang in de file, en je hebt je telefoon vast, ben je in overtreding. Zelfs het bedienen van een smartwatch is verboden. Maar wat mag dan nog wél en wat juist níét? De boete is immers torenhoog.
