HELMOND - Het hele jaar is er geen rimpeling te zien op het water van de Zuid-Willemsvaart in het centrum van Helmond. Totdat de dag van het Drakenbootfestival aanbreekt. Dan zorgen Chinese drakenboten voor golfslag. Dit weekend was de negende editie.
