MIERLO - Als peuter croste Nick van Waaijenburg al met een loopwagentje door de frietzaak van zijn ouders. Inmiddels runt Nick zelf de eetgelegenheid aan de Christinastraat in Mierlo. „Heerlijk, zo’n rauwe frikandel die verandert in een sissende snack.”
