HELMOND/LONDEN - Drie jaar geleden verhuisde Baue Albers van der Linden naar Londen om daar in een toprestaurant te gaan werken. Inmiddels heeft de Helmondse in de Britse hoofdstad al een voorproefje gehad van een eigen zaak. „We zien wel waar we eindigen.”
