EINDHOVEN - Het leukste uitje voor Eindhovenaren met een smalle beurs. Zo staat speeltuin De Splinter in Eindhoven al jarenlang bekend. Vanaf 1 april moeten bezoekers echter ook op woensdag, zaterdagen en in de vakanties entree gaan betalen omdat de speeltuin noodgedwongen beveiligers moet inzetten.
