EINDHOVEN - In tv-programma Radar wordt maandagavond volop aandacht besteed aan de vele problemen die gebruikers van de nieuwe Eindhovense parkeerapp voor gehandicapten ervaren. Wethouder Strijk wijt dit deels aan verouderde telefoons die niet geschikt zouden zijn voor de app.
