EINDHOVEN - De Technische Universiteit Eindhoven mag een van haar universitaire hoofddocenten ontslaan. De man wil niet meewerken aan redelijke oplossingen en de ‘sociale onveiligheid’ waar hij mee schermt, is niet bewezen, stelt de rechter dinsdagochtend in een uitspraak.
