EINDHOVEN - De Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e) richt een nieuw onderzoeksinstituut op. Dit instituut zal zich volledig richten op onderzoek naar halfgeleiders, quantum, fotonica en de ontwikkeling van hightechsystemen en chips van de toekomst.
