EINDHOVEN - Wel een tribune, maar geen voetbalveld. De situatie bij voetbalvereniging SV Tongelre in Eindhoven zorgt al een jaar of vijftien voor verbaasde blikken. De gemeente is optimistisch over een oplossing, maar het kan ook zomaar nog jaren duren.
