UDENHOUT - Tim Hoekstra uit Udenhout kookt graag en haalt zijn inspiratie uit keukens van over de hele wereld. Aziatisch, Spaans, Mexicaans, Italiaans, Frans, hij draait er zijn hand niet voor om. Vandaag staat er iets uit de Zwitserse keuken op het menu: zelfgemaakte rösti. Maar eerst haalt hij nog snel wat boodschappen bij de Plus in Udenhout.
