TILBURG - Na de grootschalige vervanging van gas- en rioolleidingen, leek het in Tilburg eindelijk even gedaan met de vele opengebroken straten. Dat is slechts van korte duur. Om het elektriciteitsnet uit te breiden moet opnieuw één op de drie straten in de stad en dorpen op de schop.
