TILBURG - Oud-coffeeshopbaas Johan van Laarhoven van The Grass Company eist 44 miljoen euro schadevergoeding van de Nederlandse Staat. Door acties van de overheid belandde hij dik vijf jaar in een gevangenis in Thailand. „Er is hem meer afgepakt dan vijfenhalf jaar van zijn leven.”
