De 85-jarige Tilburger Frans van Poppel weigert na meerdere waarschuwingen zijn scootmobiel op een andere plek te stallen. Woningcorporatie TBV Wonen is er helemaal klaar mee en eist bij de kantonrechter dat hij zijn scootmobiel op een brandveilige stallingsplaats zet.
