TILBURG - Het contact met een 17-jarig meisje via sociale media begon heel gezellig. Maar nadat ze een eerste afspraak afzegde, begon de 23-jarige Rico H. uit Tilburg haar te bedreigen. Ze werd gedwongen meer pikante foto’s te sturen, die hij online zou zetten als ze niet over de brug kwam.
