TILBURG - Het besluit over de versmalling van de Ringbaan-West is uitgesteld tot het najaar. Eigenlijk zou nog voor de zomer een beslissing vallen, maar wethouder Rik Grashoff (GroenLinks) laat eerst extra onderzoek doen naar het verkeer op de drukste weg van de stad. „Het heeft meer commotie veroorzaakt dan ik had verwacht.”
