DEN BOSCH/TILBURG - Op een druk terras aan de Heuvelring schoot Thomas N. uit Drunen in 2022 een Tilburger in zijn onderlijf. Een poging tot moord, oordeelde de rechtbank. Dat vindt het gerechtshof in Den Bosch niet. Al wordt ook daar niet geloofd dat hij alleen ‘stoer’ wilde doen en het 9mm-pistool per ongeluk afging.
