TILBURG - Het zou dé nieuwe evenementenlocatie van Tilburg moeten worden, met festivals van internationale allure in een bosrijke omgeving, maar de provincie Brabant zet een streep door die ambitieuze plannen van Tilburg voor het MOB-complex. De gemeente legt zich er niet bij neer.
