Het Noorderbos in Tilburg leek een soort gedoogplek, waar mensen hun hond los konden laten lopen, al is het er officieel niet toegestaan. Nu er wordt bekeurd, trekken meerdere hondenbezitters aan de bel. „Waar kunnen wij nog terecht, er is geen fatsoenlijk losloopgebied.”
