Een tweede spits stond hoog op de verlanglijst, maar die positie kan trainer Maurice Verberne nu wellicht afstrepen: Kevin van Veen lijkt op weg naar FC Eindhoven. De 34-jarige spits kwam twee jaar geleden met hoge verwachtingen binnen bij FC Groningen, maar daar wist hij nooit indruk te maken.
