EINDHOVEN - Een aantal bewoners van de Woenselse wijk Vaartbroek is opnieuw ‘ernstig teleurgesteld’ in de manier waarop het toekomstplan voor de wijk tot tot stand komt. In een brief aan de gemeente en Woonbedrijf stellen ze nu voor om een nieuw ‘participatieplan met harde garanties’ op te stellen.
