Een stuk later dan gepland is maandag gestart met de sloop van het oude gebouw van Parmant Joris, voorheen het Sint-Joriscollege. Zoals het er nu uitziet, kunnen de leerlingen van zowel het Joris als Parmant Helder medio 2028 hun intrek nemen in de nieuwbouw.
