Slachtoffers van huiselijk geweld of kindermishandeling kunnen vanaf 1 oktober terecht bij Filomena Hart van Brabant. Filomena is gevestigd in de stadswinkel Centrum aan het Koningsplein in Tilburg. Hier kunnen mensen zonder afspraak binnenlopen voor hulp.
