Een Fontys-student die zich tijdens zijn afstudeergesprek onaangenaam behandeld voelde, heeft hierover vergeefs een rechtszaak gevoerd bij de Raad van State. Fontys Hogeschool hoeft de student uit Valkenswaard geen derde kans te geven om af te studeren.
