VELDHOVEN - Een failliete ondernemer uit Veldhoven dreigt in een uitzichtloze situatie terecht te komen. De rechtbank Oost-Brabant weigert hem toe te laten tot de wettelijke schuldsanering. De rechter vindt dat de gemeente er een potje van heeft gemaakt.
