DEN HAAG/BEST – Ontwikkelaar Henrie van Laarhoven legde donderdag aan ’s lands hoogste bestuursrechter uit dat hij voor de bouw van een zestigtal woningen tussen de Spoorweglaan en Ringweg in Best tal van maatregelen neemt om wateroverlast voor de buurt te voorkomen.
