TILBURG – Om de voortdurende overlast van dak- en thuislozen tegen te gaan, sluit studentencomplex Talent Square in Tilburg ook overdag de hekken rond de binnenplaats. SSH, de beheerder van het pand, verwacht dat de maatregel voor meer rust onder bewoners zorgt.
