Nuenen hoefde zondag niet eens tot het uiterste te gaan om medekoploper Best Vooruit pootje te lichten. De ploeg van oefenmeester Stephan Wijlaars won overtuigend met 3-1. Het enige verwijt dat zijn ploeg kon worden gemaakt was het missen van een stortvloed aan mogelijkheden. „We moeten hierop gaan trainen”
