HELMOND - De Helmondse baby die begin februari zwaar gewond raakte en overleed, was bekend bij de zorginstellingen. Het kindje stond onder de hoede van stichting Sociale Teams Helmond. Ook Veilig Thuis Oost-Brabant en de GGD waren betrokken bij de baby en de thuissituatie.
