TILBURG/RIEL - De Oude Leij was ooit een echte beek, maar is ten behoeve van de mens rechtgetrokken tot een boerensloot. Nu mag de beek weer kronkelen, zij het met mate. Op twee plekken is onder leiding van waterschap Brabantse Delta aan beekherstel gewerkt. En met resultaat.
