De 3100 Tilburgse cliënten van Actief Zorg kunnen opgelucht ademhalen. De gemeente moet de zorgaanbieder alsnog de opdracht voor huishoudelijke hulp gunnen, zo oordeelt de rechter. Gezichtsverlies voor Tilburg? „Ik kan hier prima mee leven”, aldus wethouder Peter Kok (D66).
