EINDHOVEN - Al acht jaar staat Joop van Loon met zijn vrouw op de zaterdagse markt in hartje Eindhoven. Door zijn ziekte moet hij tien tot vijftien keer per dag naar het toilet. Dat is lastig, helemaal als het openbaar toilet vaak niet toegankelijk is.
