TILBURG/ROTTERDAM – ‘Wie weet heeft het groeipotentie’. Zo sloot de Tilburgse organisatie van Off The Radar in april 2023 een artikel van het Brabants Dagblad af. Het ‘offline’ feest stond destijds nog in de kinderschoenen. Twee jaar na dato breidt het evenement zich uit naar Rotterdam.
