HELMOND - De politie schreef in Helmond in een maand tijd voor bijna 56.000 euro aan boetes uit voor telefoongebruik in het verkeer. Opvallend: niet alleen rijdend, maar ook stilstaand – bij een verkeerslicht of in de file – mag je je telefoon niet vasthouden. Zelfs het bedienen van een smartwatch is verboden. Maar wat mag dan nog wél en wat juist níét? De boete is immers torenhoog.
