Hij is krap twee weken burgemeester in Tilburg, maar Onno Hoes heeft al een mooi reisje in het vooruitzicht. Van 5 tot en met 12 oktober gaat Hoes met een Tilburgse delegatie op handelsmissie naar Japan. Is dat echt nodig voor een burgemeester die in januari al weer afzwaait?
