HELMOND - Het centrum van Helmond heeft er een paar nieuwe zaken bij. Binnenkort zal echter ook weer een aantal winkels de deuren sluiten. Lokale ondernemers die een leegstaand pand vullen met iets bijzonders kunnen een financieel steuntje in de rug krijgen.
