HELMOND – De Helmondse politiek is geschrokken van een noodkreet van de organisatie Bijstand in Jeugdzorg. Die schrijft dat Helmondse ouders niet langer kunnen rekenen op onafhankelijke hulp als hun kind onder toezicht van jeugdbescherming komt te staan of uit huis wordt geplaatst.
