Na een valse start heeft Nick Olij afgelopen week zijn draai bij PSV gevonden. De 29-jarige goalie kwam met een goed optreden tegen VfB Stuttgart, waarin hij en concurrent Matej Kovar allebei een uur kregen. Olij won op punten, maar rekent zich zeker nog niet rijk en oogt nuchter. „Ik blijf dicht bij mezelf. Dat heeft me zo ver gebracht, in de absolute top van Nederland.”
