Nuenen stapt naar de rechter om de overeenkomst met de ontwikkelaar van distributiecentra op Eeneind-West te ontbinden. De gemeente heeft geen vertrouwen meer in een goede afloop van het conflict waarin zij met de Ontwikkelcombinatie (OC) is beland. Deze combinatie wil distributiecentra bouwen op Eeneind-West.
