Met een beetje geluk krijgt Nuenen 1,1 miljoen euro van het Rijk en ASML om de bouw van sociale huurwoningen deels te bekostigen. Voorwaarde is wel, dat de gemeente een kwart bijlegt. Nuenen vraagt subsidie aan voor de Vinkhofjes, Oranjebuurt en Lyndakkers.
