EINDHOVEN - Als het Stroomhuis binnen drie jaar na de brand wordt herbouwd, krijgt de gemeente Eindhoven maximaal 2 miljoen euro verzekeringsgeld uitgekeerd. Als er geen herbouw komt of die termijn van drie jaar niet gehaald wordt, ontvangt de gemeente ongeveer 5 ton.
