TILBURG - Kevin was 2 jaar oud toen hij met zijn familie vanuit Congo naar Tilburg verhuisde. Toch heeft hij in de rechtbank van Breda een Franse tolk nodig. De 34-jarige man moet zich verantwoorden omdat hij met een kettingslot richting agenten zwaaide. „Ik wilde alleen maar rust”, zegt de verdachte.
