De pannenkoekenbakker van Tilburg is overleden. Henk Hoosbeek kreeg het de afgelopen jaren zwaar te verduren. En dat terwijl de 65-jarige zoveel licht in kinderharten ontstak. Hoosbeek runde 35 jaar het bekende restaurant. Waar ook moed voor nodig was.
