TILBURG - Een heftig tafereel vrijdagochtend aan de Adelaarshorst in Tilburg. Een man gooide vanaf zijn balkon spullen op straat. Door zijn vernielingen ontstond een lekkage. De wijk werd afgesloten en de buren werden uit hun woning gehaald. Na enkele uren werd hij uiteindelijk aangehouden.
