Na het afleveren van een maaltijd fietst ze terug naar het centrum van Eindhoven. Terwijl ze op haar telefoon een nieuwe bestelling accepteert, is ze een tijdlang afgeleid waardoor ze frontaal op een tegenligger botst. Die loopt daarbij onder meer een flinke hoofdwond en een hersenschudding op.
