Het tekort aan woningen is voor iedereen voelbaar. De aandacht gaat vooral uit naar jongeren die geen huis kunnen vinden op de startersmarkt, terwijl ouderen ‘aflossingsblij’ in hun huizen blijven wonen. Maar ook zij zitten klem, zo betoogt lezer Cees Bruil.
