EINDHOVEN/TILBURG - Het probleem met wildplassers in de binnenstad op een ludieke manier bespreekbaar maken, dat doet doet het Eindhovense collectief De Reuringdienst met hun Plaspark. Eerder stond het park al bij de Vierdaagsefeesten in Nijmegen en de Tilburgse Kermis. Van 15 tot en met 17 augustus is het te bezoeken (en gebruiken) bij Festival Kaapstad.
