DEN BOSCH - Hoofdverdachte Wil H. uit Bladel heeft in hoger beroep een zwaardere straf gekregen voor zijn aandeel in de miljoenenfraude bij sociale werkplaats KempenPlus. Het gerechtshof in Den Bosch veroordeelde hem dinsdag tot 5,5 jaar celstraf wegens afpersing en witwassen.
