De inflatie in Nederland blijft hardnekkig hoog en het ziet er niet naar uit dat het snel minder wordt. In maart was het leven 3,7 procent duurder dan een jaar eerder, blijkt uit de nieuwste cijfers van het Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek. Daarmee hoort Nederland bij de koplopers in Europa.
