EINDHOVEN - Koning Willem-Alexander is donderdagochtend de speciale gast op het VNG-congres in het Eindhovense Klokgebouw. Even na tienen arriveerde hij op Strijp-S, waar hij welkom werd geheten door commissaris van de koning Ina Adema en burgemeester Jeroen Dijsselbloem.
